Background
I'm Director of AI, Model Orchestration at Lenovo Technologies with a PhD in AI and Optimization Theory from Imperial College London, where I was a President's PhD Scholar, and an Executive MBA from the London School of Economics (LSE). My undergraduate was in Computer Science at IIT Delhi.
My research spans Agentic AI, LLMs, edge computing, cloud systems, and orchestration. I've authored papers published at top venues including IEEE INFOCOM, ICSE, AAAI, IJCAI, and SIGMETRICS, with multiple Best Paper Awards.
Beyond research, I'm passionate about educationโcreating comprehensive courses that make advanced ML systems approachable for researchers, engineers, and curious builders alike.
As a Director of AI at Lenovo, my focus is on solving one of the most critical challenges in AI today: creating intelligent systems that seamlessly orchestrate across the entire computing continuum โ from on-device processing to edge computing to cloud infrastructure. This means designing hybrid AI architectures that leverage multiple models and agentic systems to deliver the right intelligence, at the right place, at the right time. Along the years, I've worked on building large-scale agentic and symbolic AI solutions for optimising performance and providing highest quality of service to users. I've also leveraged AI to optimise customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
